The Sims 4 - Create a Sims Demo

At first you need to know that I love the game "The Sims". I started with "The Sims 1", went over "The Sims 2" just to play "The Sims 3" now.
I love every game, but my current favorite is "The Sims 3". I nearly have all expansion packs for "The Sims 3".

Today I downloaded the demo version of "The Sims 4 - Create A Sim".

Actually I planned on not buying "The Sims 4". But now ... well ... the "Create A Sim" part of the game is AWESOME!! So I think I need to buy the game.

But back to the topic:
The individuality of your Sims is way higher than in any other "The Sims" game before. You can change body parts (and I am not just talking about the nose or any other face parts - because you can individually change them in "The Sims 3") by clicking on them and then dragging the cursor in any direction. Every body part has different directions. What I am trying to say is: You can create extremely realistic Sims.
I always longed for more individuality during "Create-A-Sim". (My Sims normally always look the same.)
And then, there is the make-up-part. You have a lot of choices to make - but after you've finished your Sim looks great. I really love this feature.

To the negative part:
There aren't many clothes and accessories. Yet. As we know "The Sims" always has expansion packs. So I think that the closet will grow with time. (And then there are all the players who work really hard on creating new content.)
And the hair isn't realistic. The variety of hairstyles is big - for the base game. But it looks like the hair of the really old "Polly Pocket" dolls. The ones with plastic hair.

Write a comment to tell me if I should create a YouTube-Video about this. I think of a "Let's play" kind-of-thing.

Lots of love,
Lili

Drivers license!

Just a little update on what is going on in my life...

Yesterday I had my driving test and I passed it! :D

It was my first trial, so that was pretty good. Most of my friends failed at their first driving test, so I was very nervous about it. If most of the people that I know and who are kind of like me don't pass it at their first try, why should I?

But I made it and now I am allowed to drive through Germany! Yay!! :D

Right now I am just allowed to drive with my parents inside the car, but on my 18th birthday I can drive alone. And then I will get a real drivers license. Right now I have a pink sheet which says that I can drive with my parents.

But anyways... Now I have my drivers license and I am pretty proud of that :)

Lots of love
Lili

Thank you for the amazing goals Mario Götze, Thomas Müller, Miroslav Klose, Mats Hummels, Toni Kroos, André Schürrle, Mesut Özil and Sami Khedira.

YouTube

As I have always watched YouTube videos, I decided to try it on my own. The concept is the same, as it is here. So if you would like to see me (and not just read things from me) then go and check it out!

Why being skinny isn't so much fun (or why it sometimes isn't so good)

Mostly everyone tries to be skinny. A lot of my friends would give everything to be as skinny as the girls from Germany's / America's / or whatever country next Topmodel. Some of them even are. But - let's be honest - trying to be / being skinny isn't always fun.

Sure, when you are taking pictures and trying on clothes or ... well actually I can't think of another situation in which being skinny is really nice. Sure, you enjoy yourself and others compliment you because of your current body-condition. But what about all the other situations you get through during your day? Like eating, drinking, sleeping on your side, enjoying the stuff that you are currently doing, watching TV, flirting with an amazing looking guy? You don't need to be skinny for that.

You are now probably thinking: "What, why isn't 'flirting with an amazing looking guy' on the list of the positive sides of being skinny???" Well, I asked a lot of my male friends and all of them told me that the body of a girl isn't really important. Okay, if you are extremely fat, it probably isn't very attaching. But I am trying to tell you that if you are normal and healthy you don't need to be skinny. And all the boys that I asked told me that they first check if they are liking the attitude of a girl and her smile. And then they look at her face, to see if her eyes are attractive for him. And after all of this - and they probably started talking to you by then and realized what an amazing character you have - they are looking at your body. And if you are having some pounds too much, it wouldn't ruin your attitude.

And just to mention it: Skinny girls are often seen as unhealthy, ill or/and unattractive. A lot of people think that these girls just think about how they look and their weight. Which leads to less interest.

9 out of the 10 boys I asked are more up for a normal, slightly overweight girl than for a skinny one. Just because they connect skinny with not funny and humorous.

So: To everyone (boy or girl) who thinks while being skinny you would be better "ranked" at the ranking scale of the opposite: Bullshit! Just be yourself and try to be positive. Your future husband should be loving you for your personality - not for your skinniness.

Dreams

I have dreams.
Some of them are big, huge if I can say so, and some of them are small.
Some are just for fun and not to be taken very seriously, but some of them are my deadly-truth.
A fun one is being YouTube and Blogger famous. The chances are very small and I don't need it to be happy. It would be okay if no one would ever read this.

But being a doctor or a psychologist is a real dream. It's my goal. And to write this should remember me on this dream, if I am ever trying to change my mind or if someone else is trying to do it.
I knew that I wanted to be a doctor since I was a little child. First I thought of myself as a doctor for animals but after I realized that I would need to kill animals I knew I couldn't stand this. So I had a little time of being dreamless.
And this time was quite hard, and I learned that you need a goal/dream to be able to achieve something. It isn't about actually achieving your dream but being on the way and trying your best.
But - and this part is quite weird - then my friends introduced me to "Grey's Anatomy". And I loved this show (actually I love it - not loved...). And while watching it my old dream of being a doctor and helping someone (and yes, I am including animals to "someone", I mean - they are like family members, so why not?) came back. I know you shouldn't be affected this much by a TV-Show, but I kinda am.

So what I am trying to tell you: Find your dream! And then fight for it. Do everything you can do to achieve it - even if it is huge and the chances for achieving it aren't that good.

I am going to do everything that is possible to fulfill my dream. I am going to study hard and practice a lot. And while I am on my way I am running this blog. To fulfill another dream, to have achieved something and for the fun.

Hello!

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hi :)
I am just a girl, who likes Make-Up and Beauty-related stuff (and a lot of other random stuff too) and I want to share my love for all of this with you. So "Hello!" to my world.
I have watched YouTube videos and read blogs since years and always had the feeling to do it by myself. So here I am now - trying it by myself and inviting you to join me in the process of learning about editing, speaking and all the other fun stuff. :D (At least it looks life fun to me...)

I am actually from Germany, but because
a) I always watched beauty-stuff in English (and can't really talk about it in German)
b) I want to train my English (So sorry, if it isn't always the best)
I am doing all this in English.
(And I've been fascinated by this language and Great Britain and the United States of America since quite a long time ... well I can't even remember when it started. So yes, these are kind of my reasons for it.)

Have a great day and (hopefully) I'm going to see you again,
